Together, we have over 40 years establishing retail at global luxury brands (Tiffany & Co., David Yurman, John Hardy Jewelry, Mulberry, to name a few). We combine our unique backgrounds and perspectives (creative and operations) to create experiences that are visually compelling, highly functional, and offer a clear delivery of ROI. 

We have opened over 100 stores in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia, ranging in size from 400 square feet to 60,000 square feet.

Jill Stein

Retail Operations Executive

 

Jill has over 30 years of experience in multi-channel roles for luxury companies including Tourneau, David Yurman, Lalique, Mulberry and John Hardy Jewelry.  Her extensive background in many facets of the industry include merchandise buying, planning and forecasting, supply chain, retail operations, new store openings, P&L management, KPI’s, channel marketing, and HR.

Jill has a passion for people and has spent a great deal of her career developing teams, providing succession plans, training programs, and building relationships in order to motivate, recognize, and reward great talent.  

Starting her career prior to the digital era, Jill has extensive experience in implementing systems. She has implemented multiple POS systems, ERP, MRP and CRM systems. At David Yurman, John Hardy, and Mulberry she led OMNI channel initiatives including BOSS and BOPIS.  Her people skills coupled with her innate proficiency in systems has made her an expert in the implementation and employee adoption of implementations of technology at both the retail and corporate levels.

Sarah Daniel

Creative Director

 

Sarah has over 10 years of experience conceptualizing, designing, and redefining and implementing global visual merchandising and store design strategy for luxury retail brands such as Tiffany & Co. and John Hardy Jewelry. Her experience ranges from store concept and design, 360 campaign concepting and execution, forms development, product styling and display, vendor RFP process and management, to targeted international growth and expansion (China, Japan, Indonesia and South Korea), visual assortment evaluation, space planning/product allocation and display standardization through directive and planogram processes.

Sarah loves to create compelling experiences that help tell a brand story and create customer advocates. Her roles in companies at various stages of their retail expansion have helped her create and anticipate with growth in mind. She loves the intersection of art and commerce and considers herself a strategic retail artist.
